The Disc Trucker is a stable bike that can go halfway around the world if it wants to, even when heavily loaded. The Disc Trucker is also a self-recommended top-ranked touring bike among the various bikes in the Surly lineup, with stable braking power provided by the disc brakes and the expandability to play with different wheel sizes.
This time, we have built the Disc Trucker with an OLD MTB in mind, so that you can play in the mountains too!
The handlebars are equipped with VELO ORANGE Klunker Bar.
Klunker" was a term used in the 1970s to describe a beach cruiser that had been modified to ride down mountains by putting on fat tires. The handlebars that were often attached to the " Klunker" are the same shape as the handlebars used in this project.
The handlebars are upraised to give a wider field of vision and are useful for mountain biking and touring.
The wheels are, of course, 26 inches.
For the rims, we chose SIMWORKS BY VELOCITY Stand Alone, which is extremely durable and will not break down in mountain villages, around town, or on long tours. These wheels can be used from daily use to trail riding.
It is not fast enough to ride fast, but it is good enough to enjoy the scenery in the mountains.
This is a great bike to go mountain biking or touring with!

- Messenger delivery is available within Nagoya City only.

Regarding the delivery of complete bikes
- Please note that a separate shipping fee of 9,900 yen (tax included) will be charged for shipping complete bikes. (However, an additional fee will be charged for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands.)
- After receiving your order, we will do a final check and ship complete bikes, but it may take 1-2 weeks. Please understand.
- We will send the bike with some parts removed for packing. We strongly recommend that you have your bicycle assembled at your nearest bicycle store.

Regarding the delivery of frame sets
- Nationwide flat-rate shipping: 5,500 yen (tax included) (However, an additional fee will be charged for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands.)

- We will provide the pre-treatment of facing and tapping for the frame sets purchased at our store as a service. We will inform you separately after purchase.
