Hog's Back: An extension of your daily routine
Hog's Back combines the modern touring bike standards with the geometry of a 90's rigid MTB, giving it the freedom and practicality of a touring bike. It is a complete bike original to Circles that allows you to enjoy riding that goes a little further than usual, such as riding as an extension of your daily life, such as commuting to work or shopping, or touring on unpaved roads like gravel.
The Homage tires, with their 650x55mm diameter, offer ample air volume and a low-center semi-slick design, making them versatile and effective on both paved roads and gravel. We chose Velocity's Atlas rims, which perfectly complement the touring bike look. These rims are among the most durable of Velocity's rims, so you won't have to worry about tough off-road riding. The classic box-type shape and polished finish are excellent.
The Momow CrMo Bar, with its width that's neither too long nor too short and its small back sweep, is always a mystery, but when you hold it, it feels just right. Needless to say, the TomBoy Stem is a golden combination. The microSHIFT thumb shifter, with its simple structure, durability, and intuitive operation, creates a classic look without being too assertive, and it fits perfectly.
It has many eyelets (dowel holes) to make it easy to attach racks and fenders, which are essential for traveling, so you can have fun building your own Hog's Back while you're out and about.
