Super Short Cage Enables Front Single Ride on Smaller Diameter Bicycles
As front single bikes become more popular, sprockets are getting bigger and rear derailleur cages are getting longer and longer to accommodate them, but in exchange, it is difficult for small bikes and kids' bikes to use them because the distance between the derailleur cage and the tire or the ground is not enough. However, the cage is longer and longer.
To solve this problem, Acolyte has developed a new type of rear derailleur called the Super Short Cage.
The rear sprocket is available in 3 types, 11-38T / 12-42T / 12-46T, depending on the application and chassis.
In addition to 11-38T for the aforementioned super short cage rear derailleur, 12-42T and 12-46T for medium cage rear derailleur are also available. You can choose the sprocket that best suits your application and the vehicle body to which it will be installed.
All sprockets are compatible with standard Shimano HG-type free bodies, so there is no need to prepare special hubs.
