Description
ALL-CITY Founder Jeff's Rambler Frame for Riding in the Fields
WILDE BICYCLE CO is a new bike brand to be launched in 2021 by Jeffrey G. Frane, one of the founders of ALL-CITY, and Josh Klauck, owner of ANGRY CATFISH BICYCLE, a composite bike store in Minneapolis, the pride of the nation's bike town and the birthplace of the SURLY. The new bike brand was launched in 2021 under the leadership of Josh Klauck, owner of ANGRY CATFISH BICYCLE, a composite bike shop in Minneapolis, Minn.
Jeff loves cycling because it is fast, innovative, honest, and versatile. WILDE is Jeff's love letter to cycling.
For riders who prefer comfort over speed, we recommend the steel fork Rambler for longer, more relaxed rides.
WILDE BICYCLE CO's first Rambler series, inherited from the Earth Ship, the perfect solution for gravel bikes, but manufactured in Taiwan to reduce costs and make it more accessible to a wider audience.
Unlike the SL model with a carbon fork, the Rambler is set up with a segmented steel fork. The Rambler has a slightly longer trail value, higher straight-line stability, and a slightly smaller BB drop than the SL model, which is probably designed with more off-road riding in mind. In addition, the internal hub dynamo wiring is designed to allow for easy access to the hub dynamo, which is a thoughtful touch that only Jeff, who has been in the bicycle industry for a long time, could have made.
The wheel size is convertible between 700c and 650b. The 650b is designed to be used on rough roads and gravel, while the 700c can be used as an all-around touring bike. It also has plenty of eyelets on the frame, so it can be used as an all-weather bike with full fenders!
This is the best choice for those who want a delicate yet macho bike.
