Retrotech Cycles, with a workshop in Napa, California, is a fully custom handmade bike manufacturer based on the cruiser style, a representative of American bicycle culture, and based on the information that the owner builder, Curtis Inglis, has developed over many years of experience as a builder. The owner-builder, Curtis Inglis, is a self-taught, fully custom handmade bike builder, who has built his bikes based on the information he has gained through his years of experience as a builder. Of course, he is also a passionate cyclist who organizes single speed championships in his hometown of Napa, and from both sides of the equation, he is constantly seeking to create the most suitable bike for the user's goals and objectives. He is also a supreme personality who strives to share his love of handmade bikes with as many people as possible by actively building semi-custom bikes.
A true off-roader by trade, Curtis' experience has led him to create a fat bike that is true to the basics of trail riding and fun. The bike is packed with Curtis' basics, such as the original segmented fork, 44mm head tube, and 142mm x 12mm through-axle end, all of which are built with an eye on current trends. - Messenger delivery is available within Nagoya City only.
- We ship every day from Monday to Sunday, except on temporary holidays.

Regarding the delivery of complete bikes
- Please note that a separate shipping fee of 9,900 yen (tax included) will be charged for shipping complete bikes. (However, an additional fee will be charged for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands.)
- After receiving your order, we will do a final check and ship complete bikes, but it may take 1-2 weeks. Please understand.
- We will send the bike with some parts removed for packing. We strongly recommend that you have your bicycle assembled at your nearest bicycle store.
- We will inform you of the delivery date and other details by e-mail.
- We apologize for any sales discrepancies at the store.
Regarding the delivery of frame sets
- Nationwide flat-rate shipping: 5,500 yen (tax included) (However, an additional fee will be charged for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands.)

- We will provide the pre-treatment of facing and tapping for the frame sets purchased at our store as a service. We will inform you separately after purchase.
