Chris King's newest color, Two Tone Black Punch, is now available!
After gaining popularity in 2018, "Matte Punch" has made a more sophisticated comeback. This time, the two-tone version combines a cool matte black with a punch-colored logo. The exquisite design, which is not too flashy but still makes a strong statement, adds a new charm to the bike.
Based on over 40 years of expertise in manufacturing high quality headsets with high performance bearings, which are manufactured in-house, Chris King has developed its first integrated headset DropSet™. The project is based on the expertise of Chris King in the production of high quality headsets based on high performance bearings.
The project was designed from the ground up, starting with tests that analyzed the forces during use of the integrated and press-fit headsets to discover the unique issues that needed to be addressed.
The most demanding challenge to overcome is that the integrated headset is set into the frame without being press-fitted. If the bearings are not set tight, they will move and preload will be lost rapidly. As preload is lost, the load on the bearings increases, leading to damage and failure.
This is where Chris King's proprietary GripLock™ system comes in. The result of years of trial and error by Chris King, this system is a patented design that secures the fork steerer with a unique system. The GripLock™ system ensures that DropSet™ maintains a much higher preload than the competition and is impervious to any impact from the road or adverse bearing effects such as emergency braking.
More notably, DropSet™ is available with a choice of steel or ceramic bearings. This marks the first Chris King headset to release a ceramic bearing headset . Ceramic bearings offer superior wear resistance and rotational performance, and are even more durable than traditional in-house manufactured steel bearings, reducing maintenance and extending the life of the headset.

完成車の配送

- ご購入手続きを頂いた後、最終チェックを行い発送させて頂きますが、1 - 2週間ほどお時間頂く場合がございます。何卒ご理解下さい。
- 梱包の都合上、いくつかのパーツを外した状態でお送り致します。最寄りの自転車店様にて組み付け作業をご依頼することを強くお勧めいたします。

フレームセットの配送
- 全国一律送料：5500円（税込）(ただし、沖縄・離島への配送は追加料金を頂きます)
- OMNIUMのフレームセット、完成車は送料が異なります。

- 当店でご購入頂いたフレームセットのフェイシングやタッピングの下処理はサービスにてお受けしております。ご購入後別途ご案内いたします。

カスタム・ストックホイールの配送
- 配送には別途送料2000円(税込) を頂戴いたします。なお、沖縄・離島への配送は追加料金を頂きます。
- ストックホイールはメカニックによる最終チェックをして出荷いたしますので出荷まで3営業日ほどお時間いただきます。
