Located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, C&L CYCLES was established in 2009 by BASSI BASSI was founded in 2009 to produce track bikes and classic touring frames.
The Leather Frame Strap is a trademark item that symbolizes the beauty and practicality of BASSI frames. Attached to the eyelets at the top of the frame's front triangle, it frees up both hands to unlock the front door, bring in the mail, or evencomfortably navigate Montreal's famous spiral staircase.
Made of genuine cowhide leather for strength and durability, the straps are manufactured exclusively for BASSI frames by our friend David Rogers not far from the C&L store.
They can be attached to Montreal, Hog's Back, and Bloom Field frames.

Regarding the delivery of complete bikes
- Please note that a separate shipping fee of 9,900 yen (tax included) will be charged for shipping complete bikes. (However, an additional fee will be charged for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands.)
- After receiving your order, we will do a final check and ship complete bikes, but it may take 1-2 weeks. Please understand.
- We will send the bike with some parts removed for packing. We strongly recommend that you have your bicycle assembled at your nearest bicycle store.
- We will inform you of the delivery date and other details by e-mail.
- We apologize for any sales discrepancies at the store.
Regarding the delivery of frame sets
- Nationwide flat-rate shipping: 5,500 yen (tax included) (However, an additional fee will be charged for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands.)

- We will provide the pre-treatment of facing and tapping for the frame sets purchased at our store as a service. We will inform you separately after purchase.
- We can also install a headset and BB for a fee, so please feel free to contact us.
