He is a little unorthodox within CK, having worked for GIRO, surf brands, and a number of clothing manufacturers before joining Kris King, and he has launched and is running his own brand, Product of Bob Scales. PRODUCT OF BOB SCALES / POBS POBS is his own brand.
The shirts he makes are not related to bicycles, but simple shirts with the functionality of workwear as their roots. POBS collects natural textiles such as wool and cotton, not only from the U.S. but also from Japan at times, to find quality materials that catch his attention, and makes each shirt one by one in pursuit of the ideal.
He also has a workshop in his garage, where he selects and patterns materials, produces samples, and tailors shirts at a trusted factory based on his experiencE
　　
With music and art as his backbone, he declares that what he aims for is a wear like a tool that you want to keep using forever, and although they are very rustic and simple forms, the ruggedness that workwear originally has has been refined by his hands to become a sustainable product that does not involve fads and fashions. The result is a sustainable product that you can continue to wear.
Daily Driver
In the U.S., it is not unusual to own two or more cars, one for daily commuting and trips around town, and the other for enjoying weekends and hobbies.
Here in Japan, it is honestly true that it is not easy to own more than one car. On the contrary, for us, it is the bicycle that we are always familiar with and ride to work and school, and when we go out to the city, that deserves the name of daily driver. The short sleeve shirt bearing the name of such a daily driver is a garment that will serve as a tool to add color to your life in the coming warmer season, in your daily life, and in various scenes such as weekend outings.
Each shirt is made in a factory in Vietnam using high quality Japanese cotton fabrics carefully selected by Bob.

Regarding the delivery of complete bikes
- Please note that a separate shipping fee of 9,900 yen (tax included) will be charged for shipping complete bikes. (However, an additional fee will be charged for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands.)
- After receiving your order, we will do a final check and ship complete bikes, but it may take 1-2 weeks. Please understand.
- We will send the bike with some parts removed for packing. We strongly recommend that you have your bicycle assembled at your nearest bicycle store.

- We apologize for any sales discrepancies at the store.
Regarding the delivery of frame sets
- Nationwide flat-rate shipping: 5,500 yen (tax included) (However, an additional fee will be charged for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands.)

- We will provide the pre-treatment of facing and tapping for the frame sets purchased at our store as a service. We will inform you separately after purchase.
