Paul Components has been manufacturing bicycle components in a renovated garage in Chico, California since 1989, which was a former oil distribution facility for Texaco Oil until 1926. Paul believes that a great product should be based on a simple idea that is both easy to maintain and highly functional.
Mini V-brake compatible with short pull levers, which is the load lever ratio. It is compatible with most major drop bar brake levers with integrated shifters.
Due to its V-brake characteristics, it is easier to set up than a cantilever brake and has mechanical advantages as well. The brake arms are curved on the sides to provide ample clearance for cyclocross and wide fenders, which are prone to getting muddy. Of course, the braking power is higher than that of cantilever brakes, making them a good upgrade for cyclocross bikes.
The simple quick release pivot portion of the brake arm is designed to make the act of widening the brake arm when removing the wheel easy.

Regarding the delivery of complete bikes
- Please note that a separate shipping fee of 9,900 yen (tax included) will be charged for shipping complete bikes. (However, an additional fee will be charged for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands.)
- After receiving your order, we will do a final check and ship complete bikes, but it may take 1-2 weeks. Please understand.
- We will send the bike with some parts removed for packing. We strongly recommend that you have your bicycle assembled at your nearest bicycle store.
- We will inform you of the delivery date and other details by e-mail.
- We apologize for any sales discrepancies at the store.
Regarding the delivery of frame sets
- Nationwide flat-rate shipping: 5,500 yen (tax included) (However, an additional fee will be charged for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands.)

- We will provide the pre-treatment of facing and tapping for the frame sets purchased at our store as a service. We will inform you separately after purchase.
