MINIMALIGHT has recently released a simple bag that is easy to use in town while having the functionality necessary for day hiking.
It is designed to be used in the mountains...
- The main compartment has a top zipper closure, and the interior is simply constructed with only a back padded pocket.
- The front pocket has a key hook that makes it easy to find your wallet and keys.
- The side pockets are made of X-PAC and stretchy material, with elastic inside the upper side to hold a moderate amount of luggage. 2 x 350ml cans, 2 x 500ml PET bottles, 1L Nalgene bottle, etc. will fit inside.
- The side belt on the top of the side pocket can be opened and closed with a buckle. It can be used to secure poles, hang clothes, or attach lightweight snowshoes.
The back side and shoulder belts are made of 3D mesh for comfort during exercise.

For city use...
- The main compartment has a zipper instead of a drawstring or roll-top, to avoid the hassle of opening and closing the bag in town. In addition, the large vertical zipper makes it difficult to use when things are attached to the sides, so we made the zipper U-shaped at the top.
- X-PAC VX21 with a little thickness and bounce is used as the main material. In daily use, it is unlikely that the bag will always be full of luggage, but it will retain some form even when there is little luggage.
- The main compartment is large enough to hold a 13-inch laptop computer with the case still in place.
- As this is a small sack, each part has been selected to be as thin and small as possible. The design was kept as simple as possible so that it does not look too outdoorsy when used in town, while retaining the necessary outdoor functions.
